There's so much to do here at Old River that you need to camp here for a while, Lone Pine Campground is a splendid site for that. While you're here at Old River, you could also check out beautiful Long Lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Old River has to offer, you can camp at Village Creek State Park. For the duration of the warm                  days of summer, highs usually are in the 90's at Old River. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 70's. Throughout the wintertime highs are usually in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Old River.
