You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Boston Mountains. North Sylamore Creek is a nice whitewater spot in close proximity to Norfork Lake; folks from Mountain Home love to come here. That right there is a heap of amusing things already but it goes on, the Boston Mountains has it all. It's a splendid idea to pop by Dry Creek, it's close to Norfork Lake, and Norfork       Lake is in the neighborhood of Hopewell Hollow which is absolutely worth checking out. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Crestwood Manor is always a great experience; after a long day outdoors Mountain Home Days Inn is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. In case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Buffalo River; dry warm beds await you at Ramada Inn. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a fine time here at Norfork                  Lake. Norfork Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Crawford's RV Park is a nice local campground, and you don’t have to go far from Norfork Lake to see the water at Norfork Dam. At Norfork Lake during the summer highs are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Norfork Lake. The high level of rain makes Norfork Lake a pretty wet site; all through May this area sees the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month.
