A great deal of rainfall falls at Mud Lake; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain; August on the other hand is the driest. Just can't get enough of Mud Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to check out some interesting stuff, check out Williamette Bend, and       Mud Lake is not the only location close by, Hannaberry Lake is a close by lake. Mud Lake is a perfect place to visit for more than one day, Jones Landing and Campgroud is a perfect place to camp nearby; after a long day outdoors Days Inn Dumas is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two. Swamps like Reydell Brake are fun to stop by; swing by Little Bayou Meto it's a good spot to have a look at. Throughout the summer, highs frequently are in the 90's at Mud                  Lake. Throughout the moonlight hours it's usually in the 70's.
