The high level of rain makes Moon Lake a quite wet location; the month with most of the rain is May while August is frequently the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are fine; Eagle Nest Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Moon Lake. There's so much to do here at Moon Lake that you need to camp here for a       while, Nathan Patrick's Fishing Camp is a tremendous location for that. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do near Moon Lake. If you're here at Moon Lake, do take a visit to Cottonwood Point, and you're in all probability interested in lakes, Little Long Lake is one of those close by. Summer at Moon Lake comes with high temperatures in the 90's with nighttime lows in the 60's. Highs through the winter are ordinarily in the 40's, and winter nights                  come with lows in the 20's to Moon Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn and Suites Brinkley, and there's some flowing water close by, Indian Bayou is a stream you can stop by while here. Swamps like Waters Bayou are fun to visit.
