Lakes? Sure, Lake Bennett is around here, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Cadron Creek. There's always Montgomery Lake Dam to check out in close proximity to Montgomery Lake, and there are other sites here than Montgomery Lake, for example Bivans Lake. Montgomery Lake is a beautiful lake in the Boston Mountains.

a wonderful place for that, and after a long day outdoors Quality Inn Conway is a delightful place to spend a night or two. During the months of summer highs here at Montgomery Lake get into the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures
drop down into the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Montgomery Lake are in the 20's.

| Just let you know that although Cadron Creek itself flows through private property there are a few campgrounds on the river that are run by Cadron Creek Outfitters -- two of which are accessible only by boat. Cadron Creek Outfitters can also assist with boat rentals and shuttles on the weekends when they are open during the season (March 1 to June 15)... |
