This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. There are plenty of people from Memphis here at McCarter Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not visit a swamp like Mound City Chute since you're here at McCarter Lake, and McCarter Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Lalman Mobile Home Park is a good place to camp nearby. Summer brings                  highs in the 90's to McCarter Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 70's.
