     Magness Lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Possum Walk Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot close by; Swinging Bridge Trout Dock is a tremendous campground here. Summer at Magness Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 90's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 60's. Highs during the winter are commonly in the 40's; overnight lows at Magness Lake during the winter regularly dip into the 20's. You  
   just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the Boston Mountains has to offer. Stay the night at Spring Mountain Retreat, and during your tour here you'll meet some folks from Searcy for sure.
This is no location for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Sulphur Spring is a brilliant local attraction; there's some flowing water close by, Canoe Creek is a stream you can go to while you're here. Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn Heber
 
               Springs, and why not have a look at Betty Brown Lake Dam if you're here. Magness Lake is one of the lakes here in the Boston Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Creek. Having a brilliant time in the Boston Mountains is trouble-free. Lakes are such serene places, why not explore Betty Brown Lake close to Magness Lake; if you need a location to stay Searcy-Days Inn is a delightful choice. Magness Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is generally March, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is January.
No need to travel far to check out out of the ordinary stuff like Andrews Bend; a pleasant location to stop by nearby is Ritchie Shoals.
