Lower Hurricane Lake is right by the Sulphur Trail, and don't leave Lower Hurricane Lake without first checking out Horn Bench. Lower Hurricane Lake is a pretty wet place regularly with a good deal of rain; most of the rain falls during May while January is frequently the driest month. Lower Hurricane Lake is located in the Boston Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Sycamore Lake; close by Hurricane Hollow is a great spot to go. And that's not all there is to do here in the Boston Mountains. This is a great area for folks who like lakes. Sycamore Lake is a lake around here.
