Lost Lake is a great spot to visit for more than one day, Woody's Canoe Rental and Campground is a great spot to camp nearby; don't leave Lost Lake without first paying a visit to Coldwater Spring. Lost Lake is a rather wet place typically with much rain; the wettest month of the year is regularly       May, that's the one that rains the most while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Suites Pocahontas, and Cooley Hill is uncomplicated to spot from Lost Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Lost Lake Dam has great water scenery and it's near Lost Lake; a golf course nearby is Rolling Hills Country Club. What a site this is for outdoors people. Visit River Creek while you're here at Lost Lake, and Looney                  Lake is a nice lake close by. Old Davidsonville State Park is a great local campground. Summertime highs at Lost Lake mostly tend to be in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
