All the water falling down from the sky makes Long Lake a wet spot; the month with most of the rain is April; August is the month with the least moisture. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. Through the warm days of summer here at Long Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 90's, and during summer nights       temperatures are in the 70's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Long Lake temperatures dip to the 20's. You'll discover a delightful lake called Ingram Lake near Long Lake, and after a long day outdoors Baymont Inn & Suites Brinkley is a nice location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to stop at some out of the ordinary stuff, stop at Ninety Point, and why not                  camp at Super 8 RV Park since you're here at Long Lake.
