Why not camp at Lake Weddington Campground if you're here at Lincoln Lake, and a brilliant close by hotel is       Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Fayettville. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Ozarks. Rodgers Lake is a nearby lake that you could check out, and the Butterfield Hiking Trail is a fine hiking trail close by. Illinois River is a great whitewater spot near Lincoln Lake, and Quality Inn Siloam Springs is a brilliant site to get some rest. Lincoln Lake generally gets a large amount of rain; during September this                  area sees the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of people from Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers here. Lincoln Lake Dam is a pretty spot in close proximity to Lincoln Lake, and in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Illinois River. This lake is one of the great places here in the Ozarks. This lake is so wonderful. Beatty Branch is a picturesque stream that is worth taking a look at, and if the weather is delightful, you can go for a hike along the Weddington Hiking Trail. Through the summer months, highs mostly are in the 90's at Lincoln Lake. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 60's.
