Beautiful Lake Unico has much to offer visitors. Why not camp at Speedway RV Park if you're here at Lake Unico, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Salado Creek. Be careful coming to the Boston Mountains, you might not ever wanna go home again. Morris Stuart Lake is a delightful lake close to Lake Unico, and if you're visiting from Batesville, you won't be the only one.

| | you can pop by while here; if you come at the right time of year, Wolf Bayou offers some good whitewater. That right there is a heap of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Boston Mountains has it all. Deer Run Park is a perfect local campground, and from Lake Unico you acquire a nice view of Ramsey Hill. This lake is one of the great places here in the Boston Mountains.

Ramsey Slough is a swamp near Lake Unico. A large amount of rain falls at Lake Unico; through the month of May you get the most rain around here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If only every place
had this much outdoors fun stuff, what a great earth it would be. If you're a golfer then a wonderful nearby course is Eagle Mountain Golf Course; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Scenic Motor Inn.
This lake is so wonderful.
If you need a place to stay Batesville Super 8 Motel is a fine choice, and there are other places here than Lake Unico, for example Ruddell Lake. For the duration of the summertime highs here at Lake Unico reach the 90's; during summer
nights temperatures are in the 60's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 40's with temperatures at Lake Unico dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights.
