Coffee Creek Landing and Motel is a tremendous local campground; whitewater paddling is nice on Cedar Creek. During the days of summer, highs typically are in the 90's at Lake Sylvia. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Lake Sylvia fall into the       20's. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Scottish Inns Morrilton is a great place to spend a night or two. Lakes are perfect; Henry Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Lake Sylvia. Near Lake Sylvia you hit upon brilliant places like The Narrows, and not far from Lake Sylvia you'll discover Deltic Farms Lake which is a beautiful lake. Yeah, come up here to the Ouachita Mountains for a magnificent time.                  The peak of Chinquapin Mountain can be spotted from Lake Sylvia, and swing by Narrow Creek it's a glorious place to explore. And that's not all you can do here at Lake Sylvia. Why not camp at Lake Sylvia Campground since you're here at Lake Sylvia, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lake Norrell Spillway. Why not take a look at Lake Sylvia Dam if you're here; dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Morrilton. This lake is located in the wonderful Ouachita Mountains.
