A tour to Hot Springs National Park is worthwhile, and Clear Creek is close to Lake Ouachita and is always a joy to go to. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lake Ouachita, you could also stop at beautiful Roberts Lake; if you need a spot to stay Springs Hotel and Spa is a great choice. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining things the Ouachita Mountains has to offer. If you       came to camp River View Paradise RV Park is a good place to do that, and whitewater paddling is great on Gulpha Creek. This lake is so wonderful. This is a popular spot for folks from Hot Springs; after a long day outdoors Shamrock Motel is a great location to spend a night or two. This location is so good, just check out all the entertaining stuff to do near Lake Ouachita. Lake Ouachita is good enough to spend more than a day at, Clearwater Resort is a                  good local campground, and Hot Springs Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could stop by. At Lake Ouachita during the months of summer highs are in the 90's with night lows in the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lake Ouachita are in the 20's. Lake Ouachita gets lots of water; the month with most of the rain is May, and January meanwhile is the driest month. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! The Ouachita Mountains rules!
