This lake is so wonderful. Super 8 Hope is a pleasant place to get some rest, and you can go for a hike on the Kizzia Trail. Lake Nickels is a pretty wet place frequently with a large amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; January is the month with the least moisture. Throughout the summertime months here       at Lake Nickels, high temperatures regularly get into the 90's while overnight lows are usually in the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Lake Nickels are in the 20's. Lake Nickels is not the only place close by, Davis Lake is a close by lake; going for a hike on the Gypsum Trail is always a brilliant adventure. A lake nearby is North Fork Ozan Creek Site Four Reservoir; Little Missouri River has                  a perfect whitewater paddling spot close by. Man, is there heaps of entertaining stuff to do in the vicinity of Lake Nickels.
