So many entertaining things in the Boston Mountains, just striking. Dry warm beds await you at Highlander Motel, and Courtwright Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. If you're dropping by Lake Lewis One from West Plains, you won't be the only one, and there's whitewater on Spring River - South Fork for all you adrenaline rush seekers. After a long day outdoors Cottonwood Inn is a glorious       spot to spend a night or two, and tremendous water scenery is available at Courtwright Lake Dam close to Lake Lewis One. Through the warm days of summer at Lake Lewis One temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's with night lows in the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Lake Lewis One. And that's not all the things you can do here in the Boston Mountains. Lake Lewis One commonly gets a good deal of rain;                  the wettest month of the year is commonly May, that's the one that rains the most while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Lake Lewis One. Riverside Motel is a good campground here; swing by Horton Branch it's a perfect location to have a look at. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Strawberry River Campground; get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Spring River.
