If you are traveling by, why not stop by Lake Leatherwood. The high level of rainfall makes Lake Leatherwood a relatively wet place; the month with most of the rain is June, and the driest of the months is January. A cool spot to visit close to Lake Leatherwood is Pivot Rock, and Lake Leatherwood is in close proximity to Elk Ranch Hollow which is certainly worth going to. This lake is one of the great places here in the Ozarks.

| | here at Lake Leatherwood, high temperatures usually get into the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 40's; night lows at Lake Leatherwood through the winter generally sink into the 10's. This spot, the Ozarks, has so much outdoors cool things. Have a fine hiking adventure along the Piney Creek Trail; why not go to nearby Leatherwood Creek since you're here at Lake Leatherwood. | |

So much entertaining stuff to do in the Ozarks, not enough time. Dry warm beds await you at 1876 Inn & Restaurant, and if you came for an overnight stay Pine Haven Campground is a tremendous place to camp.
No way I can stop, cause
I'm havin' a great time here at Lake Leatherwood. A fine spot for whitewater paddling next to Lake Leatherwood is Kings River, and lakes are such calm spots, why not take a look at Lake Lucerene. Get your heart pumping on the great
whitewater of Roaring River, and if you need a site to stay 1886 Crescent Hotel & Spa is a great choice.
This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Siloam Spring Trail, and there are other places here than Lake Leatherwood,
for example Eureka Springs City Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Leatherwood is right by the Woods Trail, and why not camp at Keller's Country RV Park since you're here at Lake Leatherwood.
