Irvin Dam has fine water scenery and it's right next door to Lake Irvin, and camping at Lake Dardanelle State Park is always a great experience.
Lake Irvin is not the only site nearby, Gibson Lake is a nearby lake, and why not
take a little spree to Whig Creek since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on Galla Creek, and a lake nearby is Lake Dardanelle.
