This is a popular place for people from Russellville, and you can run the rapids of Galla Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Lake Abby without first paying a visit to Cedar Falls, and why not pop by Lake Abby Dam if you're here. Lots of rainfall falls at Lake Abby; all through       the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is January. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Lake Abby highs are frequently in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Lake Abby dip into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. You'll hit upon a picturesque                  lake called Lake Lucy near Lake Abby. That right there is a heap already, but it continues; Lake Abby has it all. There's whitewater on Cedar Creek for all you adrenaline kick people; as expected Galla Creek flows through this region. A striking lake like Lake Elsie near Lake Abby is a wonderful spot to pop by, and don’t forget to explore Crane Island while you're here at Lake Abby.
