In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Spring River - South Fork; Spring River has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. You could also take a look at Lake Mirandy since you're here at June Lake; it's nearby; there's always Lake June Dam to take a look at near June Lake. June Lake sees       pretty high levels of precipitation; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while January is generally the driest month. Some of the water close by flows, like Big Otter Creek; after a long day outdoors Days Inn Hardy is a great location to spend a night or two. For the duration of the months of summer here at June Lake, high temperatures generally get into the 80's; the overnight is a bit cooler of course, regularly in the 60's. The winter comes                  with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows all through the winter for June Lake tend to be in the 10's. Having a tremendous time in the Boston Mountains is easy.
