This lake is so wonderful. Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a delightful location to get some rest, and Lumsdens Reservoir Dam is lovely. Through the summer months, highs mostly are in the 90's at Jacobs Lake with nighttime lows in the 70's. During the wintertime the highs are usually in the 50's, and       all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Jacobs Lake temperatures drop to the 30's. Looking for some flowing water? Try Pecan Bayou. Jacobs Lake is a wet place that gets a great deal of rain; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is August.
