A delightful nearby hotel is La Quinta Inn Little Rock at Rodney Parham Rd, and lots of people from Little Rock-North Little Rock come here. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors SpringHill Suites Little Rock is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two; there are other sites here than Jackson Reservoir, for example Murray Lake. High temperatures at Jackson Reservoir through the warmest time of the year are in the 90's while overnight lows are

| | regularly in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's with temperatures at Jackson Reservoir dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful.
Jackson Reservoir sees pretty high levels of rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while January is regularly the driest month. Get drenched paddling on Rock Creek, and for you golfers we recommend close by Burns Park Golf Course. Why not camp | |

try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a tremendous time here at Jackson Reservoir. The scenery at Jackson Reservoir Dam near Jackson Reservoir is wonderful, and getting to Grassy Flat Creek from Jackson Reservoir is simple.

| You've got to be kidding me... The only time there's enough water in this creek to float would be after a huge storm, at that point we are talking flood stage. Then you are talking about going through the heart of Little Rock, with street overpasses some barely clearing the creek, lots of debris, etc.... |

Well I have fished faulkner lake for about a year and still have no clue on how to catch crappie. It's a clear lake with lots of grass fairly deep from what I have seen with alot of trees near the bank and off the bank so yo's must work well. I do have pictures but have not uploaded them yet................ |
