Many people like to go to Jackson Reservoir. Do go to Jackson Reservoir Dam while you're here at Jackson Reservoir; some close by water includes Grassy Flat Creek. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Foreman Lake, and if you came to camp N Little Rock Koa Kampground is a great place to do that. Jackson Reservoir gets a lot of water; during the month of May you get the most rain around here; January on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Jackson Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 90's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 60's. Not far from Jackson Reservoir, you'll discover Murray Lake which is a scenic lake; Springhill Suites By Marriott Little Rock is a great place to get some rest. For you golfers we
recommend close by Burns Park Golf Course; in the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rock Creek. Jackson Reservoir is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Blue Sky RV Park is a fine local campground, and a perfect close by hotel is La Quinta Inn Little Rock at Rodney Parham Rd.
