This lake is one of the great places here in the Boston Mountains. Man, is there a lot of exciting stuff to do in the Boston Mountains. The Sycamore is a pleasant site to get some rest. You simply have to love the Boston Mountains. If you need a site to stay Best Western Hillside Inn is a magnificent choice. Lakes? Sure, East Fork Point Remove Site Two Reservoir is around here. The warmest time of the year brings       highs in the 90's to Jackson Lake; throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Jackson Lake dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Little Red River - South Fork is a glorious whitewater spot in close proximity to Jackson Lake; Jackson Lake Dam is a striking site. If you came for an overnight stay Cadron Creek Outfitters is a great place to camp,                  and you can run the rapids of Little Red River - Archey's Fork. Jackson Lake gets a large amount of water; during May this area sees the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area in the vicinity of Jackson Lake has to offer. Camping is available at Whispering Pines Trailer Park; at Jackson Lake you can observe Crowell Mountain.
