Sure, Lake Wilhelmina is near Ivey Lake; if you come at the right time of year, Mountain Fork offers some tremendous whitewater. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Big Creek; camping is available at Shadow Mountain RV Park And Campground. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Ouachita Mountains. There's some flowing water close by, Calvin Branch is a stream you can stop by while here, and if you came for an overnight stay Rich Mountain       Country Store is a great site to camp. This lake is so wonderful. This is a brilliant vicinity for people who like lakes. Reeds Lake is a lake around here, and a pleasant close by hotel is Western Plaza Inn. High temperatures at Ivey Lake through the months of summer are in the 90's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 60's. Highs through the winter are mostly in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Ivey Lake. So much amusing stuff                  to do at Ivey Lake, so little time. Ivey Lake Dam is worth a visit since you're here. Ivey Lake is a beautiful lake in the Ouachita Mountains.
