Sam's Town Tunica RV Park is a great campground nearby, and not far from Horseshoe Lake you'll stumble on Goose Lake which is a scenic lake. For the duration of the summer here at Horseshoe Lake, high temperatures typically get into the 90's with night lows in the 70's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Horseshoe Lake are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Fish Bayou is right close

Horseshoe Lake gets a good deal of water; through May this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is June.
