Holloway Pond is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. While staying at Holloway Pond you could always discover Officers Hollow, and whitewater paddling is splendid on Little Piney Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Haw Creek is so much fun, and hiking along the Boston Cutoff is wonderful fun. Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! The Boston Mountains rocks! I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Holloway Pond. Holloway Pond is right by the Peggy Steep Trail. There's so much to do here at Holloway Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Dad's Dream RV Park is a good site for that. Holloway Pond is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Horsehead Lake Campground and Picnic Area is a pleasant local campground; if you need a site to stay | |

Best Western Sherwood Motor Inn is a great choice. This lake is located in the wonderful Boston Mountains.
Now, you may feel that's heaps but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the Boston Mountains. Going for a
hike along the Grassy Point Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and a quick tour to East Prong Minnow Creek is absolutely a pleasant idea. The sight of Pine Mountain from Holloway Pond is pretty, and after
a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Clarksville is a splendid site to spend a night or two.
The high level of rain makes Holloway Pond a quite wet location; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year
is January. During the warm months highs here at Holloway Pond get into the 90's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's while Holloway Pond nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 20's.
