Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff next to Henry Lake. During the days of summer at Henry Lake highs are generally in the 90's while nighttime lows are regularly in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Henry Lake temperatures sink to the 20's. After a long day outdoors Coffee Creek Resort       Landing is a fine spot to spend a night or two; Henry Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Coffee Creek Landing and Motel is a nice local campground. This lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Henry Lake Dam in the vicinity of Henry Lake is pretty. There's so much to do here at Henry Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Sylvia Campground is a magnificent place for that. So much fun stuff in the Ouachita Mountains, just remarkable.                  Why not take a look at close by Bell Branch if you're here at Henry Lake; drift down the rapids of Lake Norrell Spillway in a kayak. The high level of precipitation makes Henry Lake a quite wet place; the wettest month of the year is frequently May, that's the one that rains the most, and January on the other hand is the driest. If you need a location to stay Scottish Inns Morrilton is a great choice; paddling on Cedar Creek is so much fun.
