Henry Lake is located in the Ouachita Mountains. A nice place for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Henry Lake is Lake Norrell       Spillway, and if you get bored of Henry Lake you could also stop by close by Lake Sylvia. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Cedar Creek near Henry Lake; why not camp at Coffee Creek Landing and Motel while you're here at Henry Lake. All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Ouachita Mountains will keep you coming back over and over. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Ouachita Mountains. Days Inn Morrilton is a good spot to get some                  rest, and Deltic Farms Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. All through the summertime months here at Henry Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 90's. Through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Henry Lake temperatures drop to the 20's.
