Hartman Lake is a lake worth visiting. Hartman Lake is one of the lakes here in the Boston Mountains. The great folks of Russellville like to hang out close by. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Hartman Lake has to offer, you can camp at Shoal Creek Methodist Camp. Hartman Lake is a wet site that gets a great deal of rain; May is when you get the most rain here, and January meanwhile is the driest month. And if that's not enough there's plenty more entertaining things
to do in the Boston Mountains. Hartman Lake is right by the Magazine Hiking Trail. There's so much to do here at Hartman Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Horsehead Lake Campground and Picnic Area is a perfect place for that.
