The beauty of Fowler Lake attracts many people from all around. The high level of rain makes Fowler Lake a pretty wet place; the month with most of the rain is May while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. A pretty lake like Brewer Lake in the neighborhood of Fowler Lake is a brilliant spot to check out, and do have a look at Fowler Lake Dam if you're here. You believe that's sufficient? | | up. On a brilliant day at Fowler Lake you can take a hike along the Turkey Trail, and some of the water nearby flows, like Arrington Creek. Through the long summer days here at Fowler Lake, high temperatures regularly reach the 90's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are regularly in the 40's, and nighttime lows through the winter for Fowler Lake tend to be in the 20's. If you have a thing | |

about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Boston Mountains. You'll stumble on a pretty lake called Weatherby Lake near Fowler Lake, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Harrison here. There is a brilliant hiking
trail near Fowler Lake called the Boston Cutoff; Fowler Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Hog Heaven RV Park is a splendid local campground. This location, the Boston Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing things.
Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Boen Gulf Branch, and a great place to camp here at Fowler Lake is Top Of The Mountain Park. This lake is so wonderful. Near Fowler Lake you discover the
Alum Cove National Recreation Trail which is a nice hiking trail, and get your pulse rate up on the nice whitewater of Beech Creek. This lake is one of the great places here in the Boston Mountains.

Alum Cove National Recreation Trail
 | 13 miles away 2 PHOTOS On the trail... The trail below the natural bridge is covered in dead trees due to the winter ice storm. The trailhead down to the bridge has been cleared. Memorial Day weekend 2009.
Other than that, the trail offers sandstone caves, wet weather waterfall, small stream, and one of the largest natural bridges in the country. You actually walk across the bridge and follow the trail underneath for a panoramic view of the bridge. Very easy hike!... Some of my extended family and I went out over the weekend of 1/17/2009 for a birthday get-away for a nephew. We stayed in an awesome cabin.
