You can run the rapids of Lake Norrell Spillway in close proximity to Foreman Lake, and Grassy Flat Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the Ouachita Mountains has to offer.       Do go to Jackson Reservoir near Foreman Lake, it's a charming lake, and La Quinta Inn Little Rock at Rodney Parham Rd is a perfect spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Western Hills Country Club is nearby, and after a long day outdoors Springhill Suites By Marriott Little Rock is a delightful place to spend a night or two. Get your pulse rate up on the perfect whitewater of Rock Creek, and                  Foreman Lake Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. All the water falling down from the sky makes Foreman Lake a wet site; May is the month that gets the most rain, and August is the month with the least moisture. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have a good time. If you're stopping by Foreman Lake from Little Rock-North Little Rock, you won't be the only one, and if you came for an overnight stay Sands Mobile Home Park is a good site to camp. For the duration of the warmest time of the year here at Foreman Lake, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's.
