This lake is located in the wonderful Boston Mountains. Little Mill Creek has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot close by, and Alma-Days Inn is a splendid location to get some rest. Lots of rainfall falls at Flanagan Lake; during the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is January. You can take a little journey to Flanagan Lake Dam while you're here at Flanagan Lake, and if the       weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Shores Lake Water Rock Spur. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hurricane Creek. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Flanagan Lake has to offer, you can camp at Shores Lake Campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Boston Mountains. If you need a place to stay Ozark Days Inn is a good choice, and you'll find a beautiful                  lake called Lake Number 21. If you want a splendid time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Flanagan Lake. There's so much to do here at Flanagan Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Alma RV Park is a fine place for that. Throughout the summer months here at Flanagan Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
