The beauty of Faulkner Lake is reason enough to stop by. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Faulkner Lake. If the weather is good here at Faulkner Lake, you can go for a hike along the Gap Mountain Trail. High temperatures at Faulkner Lake during the warmest time of the year are in the 90's, and the nighttime is a little cooler of course, frequently in the 60's. paddling in the vicinity of Faulkner Lake is Ouachita River, and a perfect nearby hotel is Lime Tree Inn. Faulkner Lake gets lots of water; during the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is January.
