Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! Dupree Lake is peerless! If you come at the right time of year, Rock Creek offers some glorious whitewater, and there are plenty of people from Little Rock-North Little Rock here. Dupree Lake is a relatively wet place frequently with much       rainfall; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and August is when it's the driest. Indianhead Lake is a wonderful lake close to Dupree Lake. Dupree Lake Dam is a lovely place right next door to Dupree Lake, and naturally Kellogg Creek flows through this vicinity. At Dupree Lake all through the summer months highs are in the 90's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's typically in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's                  while Dupree Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's. Summertree Mobile Home Park is a fine local campground, and Howard Johnson Jacksonville is a fine location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful.
