Dunaway Lake is a beautiful lake in the Boston Mountains. There's whitewater on Cadron Creek - East Fork for all you adrenaline people, and a great place to camp here at Dunaway Lake is Blue Clouds RV and Cabin Resort. Dunaway Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; January is when it's the driest. That right there is plenty of enjoyable things already but it goes       on, the Boston Mountains has it all. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not take a look at Kennedy Lake close to Dunaway Lake, and if you need a site to stay Quality Inn Heber Springs is a great choice. Yeah, come here to Dunaway Lake for a glorious time. Miss Jenny Lake is a glorious lake right next door to Dunaway Lake; there's always Dunaway Lake Dam to check out right next door to Dunaway Lake. After a long day outdoors Fairfield Bay Resort is a brilliant                  site to spend a night or two; Dunaway Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Toad's Mean Green RV Park is a glorious local campground. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Dunaway Lake. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's; overnight lows in the 20's for Dunaway Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a great little tour to Salt Creek; you can run the rapids of Cadron Creek.
