This lake is located in the wonderful Boston Mountains. Summertime at Duck Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 90's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's; nighttime lows in the 20's for Duck Pond. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the Boston Mountains has to offer. If you need a location to stay       Best Western Village Inn is a great choice; let's not forget Flat Creek which is a stream that you may come across during your stay. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Hardy Camper Park, and you can run the rapids of Strawberry River. A wonderful location to camp here at Duck Pond is Deer Run Park; do put some time aside to spend at Lofferty Springs since you're here at Duck Pond. Yeah, come here to Duck Pond for a brilliant time. Spring River                  - South Fork is a brilliant whitewater spot next to Duck Pond. Days Inn Hardy is a great spot to get some rest, and you are in the vicinity of Blue Hole since you're here.
