This lake is so wonderful. Hillhigh Resort is a fine location to get some rest, and a lake close by is Lake Lewis One. You clearly have to go for the Boston Mountains. Dogget Lake Dam has wonderful water scenery and it's near Dogget Lake, and there are some perfect whitewater spots on Spring River. This lake is so wonderful. Dogget Lake is a spot with many visitors from West Plains. There's so much to do       here at Dogget Lake that you need to camp here for a while, New Horizon RV Park is a great spot for that, and you need to pop by Pinhook Bend since you're here. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Dogget Lake has to offer, you can camp at Riverside Motel, and if you come at the right time of year, Spring River - South Fork offers some tremendous whitewater. Man, is there a load of enjoyable                  things to do in the Boston Mountains. Take a little spree to Horton Branch since you're here at Dogget Lake, and Courtwright Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop by. The warmest time of the year at Dogget Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Dogget Lake temperatures drop to the 20's. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Village Inn, and a great location nearby is Wheeler Hollow.
