Gillham Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and a great site to camp here at Dierks Lake is Wolf Pen Gap Atv Campground. High temperatures at Dierks Lake all through the summertime months are in the 90's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's.       For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 50's, and night lows in the 20's for Dierks Lake. You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Ouachita Mountains.
