Beautiful Dears Pond has much to offer visitors. The high level of rain makes Dears Pond a quite wet place; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; August meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is located in the wonderful Boston Mountains. And if that's not sufficient there's plenty more entertaining things to do in the Boston Mountains. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Dears Pond. Camping at Pappy's Palarm Creek Landing is always a wonderful experience. This lake is so wonderful. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can go to Dears Pond Dam, and why not a little side visit to Caney Creek. Conway Super 8 Motel is a tremendous place to get some rest, and if you came to camp Lake Conway Boat Dock is a fine place to do that.

Cadron Creek has a perfect whitewater paddling spot close by; while you're here, you could also stop by gorgeous Torian Lake. Through the summertime here at Dears Pond, high temperatures generally get into the 90's while night lows
are usually in the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 50's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Dears Pond.
