Cobb Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Whitney Lane RV Park is a magnificent local campground; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LONOKE I-40 N LITTLE ROCK AREA is a magnificent site to spend a night or two. High temperatures at Cobb Lake throughout the summertime are in the 90's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge       down into the 60's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Cobb Lake. These mountains rock, just check out all the fun things to do in the Boston Mountains. A wonderful close by hotel is Beebe Ar Days Inn, and while you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Searcy. Lots of rainfall falls at Cobb Lake; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while January is regularly the driest month.                  This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Cobb Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Wyldewood Retreat center & Summer is a tremendous place for that, and in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bayou Des Arc River. This site is peerless, just look at all the enjoyable stuff to do in the vicinity of Cobb Lake. There's always Kinley Lake Dam to have a look at right next door to Cobb Lake; don't forget to take a pleasant little trip to Gum Creek.
