Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Ouachita Mountains. There's whitewater on Gutter Rock Creek for all you adrenaline people, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Clarksville. This lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Cedar Piney Lake Dam in the vicinity of Cedar-Piney Lake is stunning, and lakes are such serene locations, why not check out Mason Lake. Through the summer       here at Cedar-Piney Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 90's while overnight lows are usually in the 60's. Through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Cedar-Piney Lake. But wait, there's more entertaining things to do in the Ouachita Mountains. After a long day outdoors Best Western Sherwood Motor Inn is a splendid place to spend a night or two; why not a little side trip to Big Piney Creek.                  The Ouachita Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Camping is available at Spring Lake Campground, and there are other places here than Cedar-Piney Lake, for example Buckman Lake.
