This lake is so wonderful. Getting to Caney Creek from Caney Lake is easy, and lakes are such serene locations, why not have a look at Lake Number Three. The high level of precipitation makes Caney Lake a pretty wet site; the wettest month of the year is usually May, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is January. Paddling on Jack Creek is       so much fun, and the Magazine Hiking Trail is a pleasant hiking trail nearby. Buzzard Bluff is something you shouldn't miss while you're here at Caney Lake; you could always look at Fox Valley. A magnificent nearby hotel is Ozark Days Inn, and get drenched paddling on Sugar Creek. After a long day outdoors Alma-Days Inn is a good place to spend a night or two, and there's always Sixmile Creek Watershed Site Four Dam to pop by near Caney Lake.
