    Bullard Lake is a lake worth visiting. All through the days of summer at Bullard Lake highs are regularly in the 90's with overnight lows in the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 40's; night lows during the winter for Bullard Lake tend to be in the 20's. Bullard Lake Dam is an interesting thing to check out, and camping is available at Speedway RV Park. While you're here at Bullard Lake you will meet lots of folks from nearby Batesville, and if you don’t  
   have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wolf Bayou.
This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Possum Walk Creek, and Iron Spring Hollow is a nice place to spend some time. Bullard Lake is one of the lakes here in the Boston Mountains. This place is peerless, just explore all the entertaining stuff to do close to Bullard Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Scenic Motor Inn, and Quality Inn
 
               Heber Springs is a splendid location to get some rest.
The high level of rain makes Bullard Lake a reasonably wet place; March is the month that gets the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Boston Mountains. A splendid place to camp here at Bullard Lake is Swinging Bridge Trout Dock, and some nearby water includes Five Branch. So much entertaining stuff in the Boston Mountains, just unbelievable.
