You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the Boston Mountains has to offer. Big Creek has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by. But wait, there's more to do near Buddy Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn       Express Hotel & Suites SEARCY, and if you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Searcy. Buddy Lake is one of the lakes here in the Boston Mountains. After a long day outdoors Microtel Inn And Suites Searcy is a perfect site to spend a night or two, and camping is available at Wyldewood Retreat center & Summer. All the water falling down from the sky makes Buddy Lake a wet place; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain while                  January is ordinarily the driest month. Buddy Lake is not the only place nearby, Ranson Lake is a nearby lake, and Buddy Lake Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Salado Creek; some of the water close by flows, like Pine Creek. For the duration of the summer at Buddy Lake temperatures are usually in the 90's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
