Go to Brock Creek Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. The Boston Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Brock Creek Lake; Boyd Trail is a fine local trail. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Brock Creek Lake has to offer, you can camp at Morrilton Koa Kampground. So much exciting stuff to do in the Boston Mountains, not sufficient time. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Morrilton is a perfect choice,

| | and there's splendid hiking along the Cowan Hollow Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Illinois Bayou - Middle Fork offers some wonderful whitewater; fine water scenery is available at West Fork Point Remove Creek Site Three Dam in close proximity to Brock Creek Lake. Near Brock Creek Lake you stumble on Moccasin Hollow which is a great place to visit, and there are some great whitewater spots on Illinois Bayou. There's | |

no way anybody can get bored here in the Boston Mountains. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Mail Trail, and after a long day outdoors Morrilton Days Inn is a great place to spend a night or two.
All the water falling down
from the sky makes Brock Creek Lake a wet spot; May is the wettest month with most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time.
Kincannon Mountain is clearly visible from Brock Creek Lake, and Brock Creek Lake is a brilliant spot to visit for more than one day, Upper Brock Creeek Campground is a brilliant spot to camp nearby.
All through the summertime
months at Brock Creek Lake highs are regularly in the 90's while night lows are ordinarily in the 60's. All through the wintertime highs are usually in the 40's; night lows through the winter for Brock Creek Lake tend to be in the 20's.
