This lake is so wonderful. There are swamps here too; Big Gum Pond is close at hand; there are other locations here than Blue Hole, for example Wheaton Lake. Brush Island is a tremendous place; at Blue Hole you can observe Hacks Hill. If you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SEARCY is a magnificent choice, and if you're interested in hydro       structures, you can stop by Keathley Pond Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Blue Hole, you'll hit upon Browns Pond which is a pretty lake. Summertime highs at Blue Hole generally tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's while Blue Hole overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's. If you're here at Blue Hole, checking out Dicks Point is a                  must; a magnificent place to camp here at Blue Hole is T Ricks Campground. But wait, there's more to do next to Blue Hole.
