All the water falling down from the sky makes Big Pond a wet spot; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is June. A golf course near Big Pond is Beverly Hills Golf Course; Americas Best Value Inn is a nice site to get some rest. Throughout the warm months here at Big Pond, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 90's; the nighttime is a little colder of course, frequently in       the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Big Pond tend to be in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Big Pond is not far at all from Jonesboro, and Doubletree Ranch is a pleasant campground here.
