You'll in fact wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the Boston Mountains. You might want to pay a visit to Eadl Hollow since you're here at Baker Lake; Jackson Lake is a brilliant lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Baker Lake has to offer, you can camp at Buffalo Camping and Canoeing, and if you need a spot to stay       Best Western Hillside Inn is a pleasant choice. This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Baker Lake Dam is not far at all from Baker Lake, and there are other locations here than Baker Lake, for example Lake Ferguson. Through the months of summer highs here at Baker Lake reach the 90's with nighttime lows in the 60's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Baker Lake through the winter                  ordinarily descend into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. That right there is a load of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Boston Mountains has it all. Blue Mountain is a peak you can make out from Baker Lake; whitewater paddling is tremendous on Little Red River - Archey's Fork. A good close by hotel is The Sycamore; paddling on Little Red River - Middle Fork is so much fun. Baker Lake is a good site to visit for more than one day, Whispering Pines Trailer Park is a good site to camp nearby; don't forget to take a wonderful little trip to Begley Creek. Baker Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is January.
