Going for a hike on the Kizzia Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and since you're here, you could also pop by picturesque Round Pond. Alford Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is January. This lake is so wonderful. Best Western Of Hope is a fine site to get some rest, and you should unquestionably take a look at Plaster Bluff while here.       Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Little Missouri River, and do check out Lake Slough if you're here at Alford Lake. Camping is available at Crater of Diamonds State Park; Tetter Lake Two is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. Why not camp at Miner's Camp if you're here at Alford Lake, and there are some perfect whitewater spots on Little Missouri River. This lake is so wonderful. If you have a thing about                  the outdoors, you'll fancy Alford Lake. There are nice places to discover along the Gypsum Trail; you obtain a great vista of East Hill from here. At Alford Lake during the warm days of summer highs are in the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 60's.
