Go to Williams Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. Swamps like Bailey Swamp are fun to pop by, and not far from Williams Pond you'll hit upon Lady Ann Lake which is a beautiful lake. There are other spots here than Williams Pond, for example Swan Pond, and if you came for an overnight stay Monte Sano State Park is a fine spot to camp. Take a side tour to Betts Spring Branch, and after a long day outdoors Country Hearth Inn Madison is a splendid spot to spend

| | a night or two. Williams Pond gets much water; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is August. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Williams Pond. Betts Spring is a pretty spot to visit while you're at Williams Pond, and camping is available at Ditto Landing. you can stop at Mary Ann Drake Dam. All through the days of summer highs here at Williams Pond reach the 80's, and the nighttime is rather chillier of course, commonly in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's; overnight
lows at Williams Pond through the wintertime usually plunge into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Radisson Inn Huntsville Airport, and Cotaco Creek has a nice whitewater paddling spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. The view of beautiful Betts Mountain near Williams Pond is splendid.
