There's whitewater on Stone Creek for all you thrill seekers; you'll find a stunning lake called Baca Lake. Summertime highs at Weiss Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's while overnight lows are mostly in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and nighttime lows at Weiss Lake through the wintertime typically plunge       into the 30's. A large amount of rainfall falls at Weiss Lake; of all the months in a year March is the one with the most rain; the driest month is October. Man, is there heaps of cool things to do close to Weiss Lake. Lakes are such peaceful spots, why not go to Halls Pond next to Weiss Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Tallapoosa River. This lake is so wonderful. Capital City RV Park is a tremendous                  campground nearby, and why not a little side visit to Old Town Creek.
